A fun blend of comedy and insight from Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson. It tackles themes of controlling emotions and understanding self but does so in a very entertaining way. I genuinely felt bad for Adam Sandler at the beginning of this movie.
Heartwarming movie about family and personal growth. Great dynamic between the child and Adam Sandler. Scuba Steve.
Classic absurdist humor from Adam Sandler. Nostalgia invoking with plenty of laughing out loud.
Okay if you've read this far I just need you to know that these aren't actually my favorite movies, (I don't watch many movies) I just thought it would be a funny juxtaposition. Happy Gilmore is really solid though.
I actually really like Hubie Halloween too. Throwback to classic Sandler. I do think he made this movie just so he could kiss Julie Bowen.
I really liked this movie as a kid. It doesn't hold up very well but I still think "Popeye's chicken is the shiznit" is a good line.
Probably the best movie in the entire franchise before it turned into gore porn. Definite nail biter.
Saw II showed us more traps and was a huge step up on the gruesome factor. Solid twist ending
This one just made me mad. The main guy fails to save anyone and doesn't really even try, but I guess that's kind of the point to a degree.
Decent addition to the franchise with a really good twist end, traps were just okay. The commander really bungled up everything in the end.
This one was a painful watch, especially at the end when spoilers they all could have survived if they had just worked together.
I felt bad for the main victim in this movie. He wasn't a good person but he cared about the people who were dying. Some really brutal deaths in this one.
